High Temp Bellows Cartridge

Single cartridge rotating or stationary high temperature welded metal bellows design, no dynamic elastomers, even 360 face loading, confined gasket, flush, quench and drain, steam deflector available.

Welded Metal Bellows

Metal Bellows seals are commonly used in applications where the o-ring cannot withstand the temperature of the fluid in the pump. E.g. a bitumen pump where heating oil is used to bring the bitumen temperature to >250°c.

SSV Series - Free Wheeling Check Valves

The automatic recirculation control (AR) valves from our SSV series automatically protect centrifugal pumps against wear, total loss and damage, which can occur due to dry running or during low-load operation. Our recirculation valves have historically proven exceptional reliability and low pressure loss over time.

Horizontal Split Case Pumps

Single stage, double suction, split case pumps for larger flows in water supply, irrigation, mining, fire fighting, dewatering and industrial applications.

Air Operated Diaphragm Pumps

Self-priming pumps can run dry without damage and are capable of deadheading against a closed discharge, eliminating the need for bypass or pressure relief valves. Seal-less design and corrosion-resistant materials make the pump ideal for solids handling and high-suction lift applications such as transferring antifreeze, ATF, light viscosity petroleum and synthetic-based oil and waste oils.

Flexible Expansion Joints

KNL supplies a wide range of flexible expansion joints in metal, fabric, rubber and PTFE materials. Wherever pipework is expanding, contracting, misaligning, vibrating or moving, an expansion joint can be installed to restrict or absorb that movement and relieve stresses on the pipework.

SDV Series - Pressure Holding Device

Schroeder's back pressure device does not allow the static pressure in the upstream pipe to fall below a defined minimum value. It does this independently of the flow volume. This means that the specified minimum pressure is maintained, from the nominal flow rate to the smallest volume.
